PTO is a term we coined in 2019 to describe all of the funding opportunities we share that help you skip debt and see the world.

Why We Exist:

SeekPTO began in 2016 when founder Gabby was a first-gen student with little funds and big dreams of seeing the world.

Determined to make her dreams happen, she began inquiring about ways to earn money to travel. After months of research and countless rejections, she did it. She won a fully-funded scholarship and was on a flight to spend a year studying abroad in Dubai.

That year changed her life. She was hungry for more.

As she told her story, she realized there were so many others just like her who wanted more from life, but they didn't know how to make it happen.

What started as one student’s curiosity became a mission to make global travel experiences accessible. Today, SeekPTO helps people everywhere find, apply to, and win life-changing paid travel opportunities.
